GIVEAWAY RULES

By entering any of my giveaways you acknowledge that you have read, are eligible and agree to be bound to the rules and the decisions of K.T. Castle.

All of the giveaways are open to everyone, but keep in mind that some of my books have adult content (It is best if you’re 18 or older). The giveaway applies to residents of the United States and Mexico, some international giveaways may happen and if so they will mention that they are open for the rest of the world. No purchase of any of my work is necessary to enter or win, it won’t even improve your chances of winning.

HOW TO ENTER:

To enter a certain giveaway, follow all onscreen instructions.

THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO THE ABOVE:

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Random drawing will be conducted on the onscreen date. Winners will be notified by private message and/or email (if available) with discretion. The winner must contact K.T. Castle within 7 days of notification, or an alternate winner will be selected. The prize will be sent in no longer than a period of 7 days after contact. Depending on the location, the prize might take up to 4 weeks to be delivered by U.S.P.S. or RedPack. If the selected winner is a minor, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian. No substitutions are permitted except if the prize is unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be given. Prize is not redeemable for cash. By entering and accepting the prize, the winner gives permission to use winner’s name, prize won, hometown and likeness for online posting and promotions without any other compensation.

Participating entrants agree to these rules and the decisions of K.T. Castle. K.T. Castle is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the giveaway or announcement of the prize and winner.

K.T. Castle reserves the right to permanently disqualify from the giveaway any person believed to have intentionally violated these rules and cancel giveaway if it becomes corrupted, and to select a winner of K.T. Castle’s choosing among the elegible entries received prior to the withdrawal.

ANY ATTEMPT BY AN person, whether or not participating, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, destroy, tamper or vandalize this SITE OR interfere with the OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS and K.T. CASTLE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES and diligently pursue all remedies against ANY SUCH person TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

By entering, the information you are sharing will be added to K.T. Castle’s newsletter. Your information will never be sold to anyone. You can unsubscribe easily by clicking on the unsubscribe link.

The personal information collected from each entrant in the course of the giveaway will be used by K.T. Castle for the purposes of administration of the giveaway. K.T.
